My cohorts

Me and my friends in the Blogsphere.

Mostly, we are 30-50 yr old people. People who grew up with the VIC-20, the COMMODORE64, Atari, APPLE IIe... etc. AT 286/386/480. Pentiums...etc.

Am I a computer geek? no. I can't program. I can't even write script. HTML... I have no idea.
But at least I know what these terms are. This is my personal history. But it's not that uncommon. My cohorts, my age group, this group of Americans who grew up during the transition to computers and the Internet and information overload and increasing connectivity, we are all the same.

What are we doing here? Why are we tagging with del.icio.us? Why do we have multiple email accounts? Why are we upload billions of pictures onto Flickr? Why do we have a Facebook page. A Google homepage?

And yet I all seems very crude still. I can envision doing some much more.

I have to develop a better layered syntax.
