The Photo Friday space was created to explore your photography in a creative way.
I looked at other peoples pictures and the subject matter exploration was straight forward.
Lots of very good pictures of actual fires, flames, candles, embers. All very good.
They took all the good stuff. There was nothing left there for me to explore creatively
Lots of good pictures of things used to create fire, create "burning" stuff.
Pictures of "burning" food, crispy, spicy.
Not much left for me.
Then I saw one photo of a self portrait of a women.
Her comment was how she overexposed it to "burn" the image in.
hmmm...
So I turned to cheap lighting tricks and photoshop color alteration to create my picture.
A bit mawish but oh well. Sometimes I'm bitterly sweet.
Does it truely burn white hot? Hard to tell.
