Energy Crisis

Open up Alaska for energy exploration?
Can we do it without extensive environmental impact?
We should. Might as well do it now, while we have some control of policy.

People as a large dynamic group are not going to conserve energy. Not until a crisis point.
It's also a part of American-mystic. How can you be the lone cowboy in a dinky hybrid with no really power. Hell, you can't even be Tonto.
