Back from Summer Camp!

What a week!

Actually the week before too. Much moving. I had to move my stuff, then I helped move all the mats and gear and equipment for summer camp. Rode up to camp on saturday in the mat/gear truck.

Very tired. Trained everyday. Tried to meet some new people, but I'm not really good at it. I did remember some people from last camp, which was good.

Much talk and training in aiki. Interesting to see aiki concepts in karate.

Much to ingest and incorporate into my daily training.

Entering to control the centerline.
Kokyu/Breath power
Kuzushin/balance breaking... timing/touching time to achieve this/active not dead hand excercise. Need lots of training to "feel" this time/touch point. No other way to achieve this except through more training.

really boring/unintelligible stuff for you, but very interesting for me. I just put it here as a place to remember.

Good talks with Ben, my roomate and also with his sensei.

Good talks Jack on the truck ride up and back down.

I won't repeat our conversations, but I sure they will influence some of my future post.

Oh, saw Samurai Resurrection. So so medio samurai movie.
