Whew.
Ran 24K yesterday. I have been slacking and trying to take it easy to let this ITB thing die down a little. It seems to have worked. I ran with the elastic knee brace, and I had no ITB problems. Unfortunately, since I have been only running short 30 min to 1 hr runs lately (only 4 runs in the last two weeks), my muscles rebelled. I started to cramp around 20K. Everything was tightening. My hamstring went into spasms at once point while I was trying to stretch the quads. At any rate, I finished the 24K (I was planing on at least 30 something). I hope that is enough distance to adapt my body for the marathon on 28th October. I will run only 12K on the weekend for the "long" runs from now on.
Run, JoJo. Run.

Death certainly will.
